Mood Click erhebt oder überträgt keine personenbezogenen Nutzungsdaten. Die App benötigt kein Konto, enthält kein Tracking und keine Werbung. Einstellungen und Übungsdaten bleiben auf deinem Gerät. Für die einmalige Freischaltung erweiterter Funktionen wird Apples In-App-Purchase-System verwendet.

Mood Click speichert App-Einstellungen und von dir erstellte Inhalte ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Dazu können insbesondere Tempo- und Takt-Einstellungen, Setlists und Tracks, Timer-Einstellungen, Übungsstatistiken, eigene Sounds und Hintergrund-Einstellungen gehören. Diese Daten werden nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen.
Die Übungsstatistik ist freiwillig: Sie wird nur geführt, wenn du das beim ersten Mal ausdrücklich wählst, und lässt sich jederzeit ausschalten und löschen. Sie bleibt ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät.
Wenn du eigene Fotos als Hintergrund nutzt, bleiben sie ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät. Mood Click lädt sie nicht hoch und gibt sie nicht weiter.
Die App baut selbst keine Verbindungen zu eigenen oder fremden Servern auf. Nur für den Kauf und die Wiederherstellung der Freischaltung kommuniziert dein Gerät mit dem App Store von Apple (siehe „Freischaltung“).
Für die Tap-Tempo-Funktion misst die App den zeitlichen Abstand zwischen zwei Antippungen mit der Systemuhr. Diese Messung verlässt die App nicht und wird nirgends gespeichert.
Kamera und Fotos: Die Kamera wird nur benutzt, wenn du ein Foto als Hintergrund aufnimmst. Fotos, die du aus deiner Mediathek wählst, wählst du einzeln aus. Alle diese Fotos bleiben auf deinem Gerät.
Sperrbildschirm, Widget und Sprachbefehle: Die Steuerung auf dem Sperrbildschirm, das Widget und Siri-/Kurzbefehle laufen lokal auf deinem Gerät. Das Widget liest dafür Tempo, Klang und Hintergrund, die die App auf dem Gerät speichert.
Für das integrierte Stimmgerät benötigt Mood Click Zugriff auf das Mikrofon. iOS fragt dich vorher um Erlaubnis; du kannst sie jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen widerrufen. Das Mikrofonsignal wird ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät und nur während der Nutzung des Stimmgeräts verarbeitet. Mood Click erstellt keine Audioaufnahme, speichert das Mikrofonsignal nicht und überträgt es nicht an uns oder Dritte.
In der App sind keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge, keine Werbenetzwerke und keine Software Development Kits von Drittanbietern eingebunden.
Diese Website (bensondreaming.com) wird über die Infrastruktur von Cloudflare, Inc. bereitgestellt. Beim Aufruf einer Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare automatisch technische Zugriffsdaten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, verwendeter Browser), um die Website sicher und zuverlässig auszuliefern, Angriffe abzuwehren und Fehler zu erkennen. Diese Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage unseres berechtigten Interesses an einem sicheren und funktionsfähigen Betrieb der Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mood Click kann kostenlos heruntergeladen und in seinen grundlegenden Funktionen genutzt werden. Erweiterte Funktionen können einmalig über Apples In-App-Purchase-System freigeschaltet werden. Kauf und Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgen durch Apple. Mood Click erhält keine Zahlungsdaten. Zur Feststellung, ob die Freischaltung erworben wurde, stellt Apple über StoreKit die erforderlichen Transaktions- und Berechtigungsinformationen bereit. Wir betreiben hierfür keinen eigenen Kauf- oder Nutzeraccount-Server. Es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple.
Soweit im Rahmen des Hostings personenbezogene Daten (insbesondere IP-Adressen) verarbeitet werden, hast du im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Für die App selbst gilt: Da sie keine personenbezogenen Daten erhebt, gibt es diesbezüglich nichts zu berichtigen, zu löschen oder herauszugeben. Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren, z. B. bei der Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). Mood Click does not collect or transmit any personal usage data. The app needs no account and contains no tracking and no advertising. Settings and practice data stay on your device. For the one-time unlock of advanced functions, Apple's in-app purchase system is used.

Mood Click stores app settings and content you create only locally on your device. This can include in particular tempo and time signature settings, setlists and tracks, timer settings, practice statistics, your own sounds and background settings. This data is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
Practice statistics are optional: they are only kept if you choose so explicitly the first time, and you can switch them off and delete them at any time. They stay on your device only.
If you use your own photos as a background, they stay on your device only. Mood Click does not upload them or share them with anyone.
The app itself makes no connections to our servers or anyone else's. Only for buying and restoring the unlock does your device communicate with Apple's App Store (see “Unlock”).
For tap tempo, the app measures the time between two taps using the system clock. That measurement never leaves the app and is not stored anywhere.
Camera and photos: The camera is only used when you take a photo for your background. Photos you pick from your library are chosen one by one. All these photos stay on your device.
Lock Screen, widget and voice commands: The Lock Screen controls, the widget and Siri/Shortcuts run locally on your device. The widget reads the tempo, sound and background that the app stores on the device.
Mood Click requires microphone access for the built-in tuner. iOS asks for your permission first; you can withdraw it at any time in iOS Settings. The microphone signal is processed locally on your device and only while the tuner is in use. Mood Click does not create or store an audio recording and does not transmit the microphone signal to us or any third party.
The app includes no analytics or tracking tools, ad networks, or third-party SDKs.
This website (bensondreaming.com) is served using the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit a page, Cloudflare automatically processes technical access data (including IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and browser used) to deliver the website reliably and securely, defend against attacks, and detect errors. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We ourselves gain no knowledge of individual visitors from this access data. Mood Click can be downloaded for free and used in its basic functions. Advanced functions can be unlocked once through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchase and payment are handled by Apple. Mood Click receives no payment data. To determine whether the unlock has been purchased, Apple provides the necessary transaction and entitlement information through StoreKit. We do not operate our own purchase or user-account server. Apple's own privacy terms apply.
To the extent personal data (in particular IP addresses) is processed as part of hosting, you have the statutory rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. For the app itself: since it collects no personal data, there is nothing to correct, delete, or disclose in that regard. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example North Rhine-Westphalia's data protection authority (LDI NRW).
